Ceviche is a citrus-marinated salad made with a variety of seafood such as fish, shrimp, or calamari, that is popular in the cuisines of Central and South America.
Ingredients
Countries such as Chile, Ecuador, Mexico, Panama, Costa Rica and Peru have a variety of recipes and styles of ceviche but there are many common ingredients.
