CES 2010 Events
Before CES opened, preview events took place at the Venetian in Las Vegas. On January 5, 2010 CES Unveiled was held at the Venetian . At this event exhibitors gave a preshow look at their newest products before 800 top-tier press. Nexus One
The CES 2010 floor was buzzing with talk of Google's Android phone, the Nexus One. Manufactured by HTC, this phone is positioned to compete with the iPhone, Blackberry and Android cousin, the Motorola Droid.
3D Television
3D Televisions were a hot topic at CES 2010 this year. From new television sets to DirecTV 3D Channels being announced, CES was an interactive display of the future of entertainment.
Hybrid Notebooks
Lenovo broke new ground to introduce a new genre of notebooks. These thin and light notebooks feature a removable touch screen that can be used with or without the keyboard base.
Apple vs. CES
Apple and the Consumer Electronics Show have a long love, hate relationship. This year was no different as Apple said they would be exhibiting only to pull out when rumors started to fly about their upcoming iSlate tablet computer.
