Celebrity Apprentice

  • Celebrity Apprentice is a reality show created as a spin-off to Donald Trump's show, The Apprentice. Athletes, television personalities, actors, and pop culture icons are put into opposing teams to compete in challenges and for the grand prize of $250,000. All winning proceeds are donated to each cast member's designated charity.

    Joan Rivers is the latest winner of Celebrity Apprentice, with Annie Duke in second place.

    Episodes of the second season will be two hours long, an apparent attempt by NBC to save money. Reality shows are cheaper to produce than scripted, traditionally-produced shows.
  • First Season Finale

    In the season finale of the program country singer Trace Adkins and talent scout Piers Morgan had to throw dueling charity events. Piers was able to pull the most celebrities and brought in the most amount of money. He won the event and the show. He donated his prize money to the Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund, an organization that assists veterans.
