French president Nicholas Sarkozy's ex-wife, Cecilia Ciganer-Albeniz married Richard Attias in New York City on Easter Sunday, March 23, 2008. The wedding took place in at the Rainbow Room in Rockefeller Center. Ciganer-Albanez and Sarkozy separated in May 2005, when she left him to live with Attias. They reconciled during his presidential campaign in 2007, and then divorced in October 2007. Sarkozy remarried in February 2008.
