Cavemen is a sitcom on the ABC television network. Based on the cavemen characters from a popular series of Geico Insurance TV commercials, the show features intelligent, urbane cavemen and their trouble integrating into a society of modern human beings. After 6 episodes aired in late 2007, the series was canceled.

The Geico commercials featuring civilized cavemen were received warmly by critics and television veiwers alike, but the same cannot be said for the sitcom based on the commercials. Critics lambasted the show, criticizing its humor (or in their crtiques, lack thereof), its narrative structure, and its very premise.
