Catherine Malandrino is a French born fashion designer based in New York whose designs have appeared on the shows Sex and the City and Project Runway.
Early Career
She graduated from Esmod in France and soon worked for the fashion houses of Dorothee Biss, Emanuel Ungaro, and Louis Feraud. She came to the United States in the 1990s and helped re-lauch Diane Von Furstenberg's collection. In 1998, she launched her own collection and it was an immediate success.
