How to Make Baked Catfish
- Wash 6 catfish fillets and set them in a baking dish with 3 cloves of minced garlic, 1/4 cup of lemon juice, 1/4 cup chopped parsley, 2 teaspoons paprika, 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper, 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of black pepper. Allow the catfish to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Drain the cat fish and return to the baking dish with 1 quartered potato, 2 sliced carrots and 1 thinly sliced onion. Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes.
- Drizzle with 2 tablespoons melted butter. Serve warm.
