A patch for the Xbox 360 downloadable game, Castle Crashers was released on December 24, 2008. The patch fixes numerous issues that arose shortly after the game's release on August 27, 2008, though gamers are finding new glitches in the game after installing the patch.

Long Time Coming
Fans of Castle Crashers discovered a number of issues with the game almost immediately after its release. The most significant bugs were encountered during multiplayer, including games dropping unexpectedly and the inability of players to find a match online. An additional major bug that was found would erase players' entire progress in the game if they moved their hard drive from one machine to another.
