Cass Sunstein is the Obama Administration's head of the Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs (OIRA), a position which has been nicknamed the "Regulation Czar".
Sunstein is a Professor of Law at Harvard University and the University of Chicago and is the author of several articles and books. He clerked for US Supreme Court Justice Thurgood Marshall.
