American-born actor Casey Affleck has starred in such contemporary films as The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford and Gone, Baby, Gone. He is the younger brother of actor Ben Affleck.

Acting Career
Affleck appeared in several films in the mid-1990s, even appearing in Good Will Hunting and Chasing Amy, two films which jump-started his brother's career. Affleck became known as a prominent actor in his own right after appearing in Gus Van Sant's Gerry alongside Matt Damon and in Ocean's Eleven series of films.In 2007, he plays the protagonist Patrick Kenzie in Gone, Baby, Gone and was nominated for an Oscar for his role in The Assassination of Jesse James...
Affleck has been cast as the lead in the 2010 Ridley Scott film The Kind One, based on a novel by Tom Epperson.
