Cary Brothers is a Nashville-born singer-songwriter.

Career

Influenced by Elvis Presley, The Cure and The Smiths, Cary Brothers made his breakthrough with the single "Blue Eyes." The song was on the soundtrack for Garden State, which was directed by Zach Braff.

Braff, who befriended Brothers years before at Northwestern University, also used "Blue Eyes" in an episode of his sitcom Scrubs. The song became an iTunes hit afterwards.Allmusic: Cary Brothers Biography

Brothers continues to perform in Los Angeles and other major cities. In 2007, he released his first studio album, Who You Are, which featured the track "Ride". A remixed version of "Ride" peaked at #45 on the Billboard Hot Dance Music/Club Play chart.Allmusic: Cary Brothers Billboard Singles
