  Daly dropped out of college to become an intern at KCMJ-FM radio in Palm Springs, California, where he worked for future TV host Jimmy Kimmel. From there, he moved to Los Angeles and worked as a DJ on modern rock radio station KROQ, hosting his own show on weekday afternoons. He continues to host the weekly radio show "Carson Daly Most Requested," which is syndicated nationally by Premiere Radio Networks.
