Carole Mae Frizzell

Carole Mae Frizzell has been charged with criminal neglect of an elderly person after leaving her mother, 94 year old Helen Frizzell on the floor of their apartment for two weeks after a fall. Frizell reportedly fed her, cleaned her, and used bug spray to protect her from insects, but never called for help. Her mother was found after a car salesman became suspicious when Frizell purchased a car with $15,000 in cash. Her mother died hours after being found by police.
