Carol Small, a 45-year-old, was involved in a car accident with Cate Edwards, the daughter of presidential hopeful John Edwards. There was an estimated $2,000 in damage caused to Edwards' car, and $3,000 in damage to Small's car. Neither party was injured in the accident. Small had a blood alcohol level of 0.17 and has been charged with driving while impaired.
