Carol Rosenberg is a military reporter for the Miami Herald, whose work has led her to investigate and report on the prison at Guantanamo Bay. In late July of 2009, Navy commander Jeffrey Gordon filed a "formal sexual harassment complaint" against Rosenberg for comments she allegedly made about and to him during her investigation.http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2009/07/24/AR2009072403664.html
Alleged Abuse
On July 22, 2009 Naval commander Jeffrey Gordon sent a letter to the editor of the Miami Herald, asking for a "thorough investigation" into Rosenberg's behavior. Gordon alleges that Rosenberg made comments of a sexual and derogatory nature to and about him on several occasions while she was investigating the prison at Guantanamo Bay. As of July 24, 2009, Rosenberg had yet to comment on the allegations, but Miami Herald Executive Editor Anders Gyllenhaal maintained that the matter was being investigated.http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2009/07/24/AR2009072403664.html
