Carol Greider

Carol Greider is a molecular biologist at Johns Hopkins University. On October 5, 2009, Greider was one of three Americans awarded the 2009 Nobel Prize in Medicine. Greider, a California native, shared the award and the $1.4 million in prize money with fellow scientists Elizabeth Blackburn and Jack Szostak.http://www.cnn.com/2009/WORLD/europe/10/05/nobel.medicine/
