Carmen Webber is a fashion designer and contestant in season 4 of Bravo TV's Project Runway. Carmen was eliminated in the third episode of the season when Michael Kors compared her outfit to something off of the Boogie Nights movie. She and her business partner Carmia Marshall started an apparel company in New York City called Sistahs of Harlem. The theme of their urban line is "Street Couture". Carmen also co-wrote the book T-Shirt Makeovers.
