Carmen Marc Valvo is an American designer who owns the label with the same name. His collections include evening wear, cocktail dresses, eye wear, swim suits and evening bags. Volvo also has a Hamptons-inspired home collection, named CMV Home. He is an Entertainment Industry Foundation (EIF) Ambassador. He is known for the help he has provided to colon cancer research through the National Colorectal Cancer Research Alliance. Life and Career

Carmen Marc Valvo started his design career with Nina Ricci in Paris and later worked with Christian Dior. He launched his own brand in 1989. The Carmen Marc Valvo Couture collection is presented twice a year at the New York Fashion Week in the tents at Bryant Park. But he held his 2009 Collection presentation at the Citrine club, in a cost effective way.
