Carlos Quentin

Carlos Quentin is a Major League Baseball player. He is currently an outfielder for the Chicago White Sox.

Carlos Jose Quentin was born in Bellflower, California, on August 28, 1982. He continued his education at Stanford University. In 2003, Quentin was selected by the Arizona Diamondbacks with the 29th pick in the Major League Baseball amateur draft.Baseball-Reference.com: Carlos Quentin

Quentin made his MLB debut on July 20, 2006, with the Arizona Diamondbacks. In his first season he appeared in 57 games and recorded nine home runs. The following season he appeared in 81 games and finished the season with a .214 batting average with 5 home runs. In 2007, Quentin was traded to the Chicago White Sox.
