Death
Pardo died on June 14, 2009 during the NASCAR Mexico Series. Racer Jorge Goeters hit his car from behind, which caused it to crash into a wall and disintegrate. He was taken to a hospital in the area and died 45 minutes later. The race took place at the Autódromo Miguel E. Abed in Amozoc, Puebla.
