Carlos Arroyo is a professional basketball player of NBA's Miami Heat. Arroyo was signed as an undrafted free agent with the Toronto Raptors in 2001. He was later waived by the Raptors and signed with the Denver Nuggets. In 2002, Arroyo signed with the Utah Jazz. He spent several productive seasons with the Jazz, until he was traded to the Detroit Pistons in 2005 for Elden Campbell and a first round draft pick. In 2006, Arroyo was traded again to the Orlando Magic.in exchange for Kelvin Cato and a protected first-round draft pick last Feb. 15, 2006. He inked a contract with Maccabi Tel-Aviv of the Israeli Basketball Super League last August 3, 2008.
