Carl Landry is a professional basketball player for the Sacramento Kings of the National Basketball Association.
In the early morning hours of March 17, 2009, Landry was shot near downtown Houston, Texas. Landry's car was bumped by another car and when he exited the vehicle to inspect the damage, two shots were fired from the second car, the second of which hit him in the leg. Carl Christopher Landry was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, on September 19, 1983, and he went on to attend Vincent High School. He continued his education at Purdue University.
