Carey Lowell an American actress and model, best known for her roles as Pam Bouvier, the sixteenth "Bond girl" in Licence to Kill, and Assistant District Attorney Jamie Ross on the television drama Law & Order. She was signed by the Ford Modeling Agency immediately after high school graduation, modelling for such clients as Ralph Lauren and Calvin Klein before turning to acting.
