Cap'n Crunch is a breakfast cereal produced by the Quaker Oats Company. Cap'n Crunch consists of corn and oats and is pre-sweetened so there is no need to add sugar. There are many varieties of Cap'n Crunch including with berries, peanut butter, chocolate and even a special Christmas version released in 1988.
Cap'n Crunch is also used in various recipes such as chicken nuggets and crab cakes as the breading.
