A Cannes vacation is a beach vacation and a French vacation and a casino vacation all rolled into one. Cannes is a smaller city in France, on the French Riviera. It is the setting for the annual Cannes Film Festival. It is also the setting for many James Bond movies that are filmed in casinos.
The climate in Cannes (pronounced "kahn") is Mediterranean, or moderate. It does not get very hot in the summer, nor does it get cold in the winter. It is not humid.
Cannes is a popular tourist attraction within France itself, and for the rest of Europe -- especially during the Cannes Film Festival.
