The Incident
According to Uintah County Deputy Attorney Greg Lamb, one of Horrocks' companions called Collard for help after Horrocks had consumed a large amount of alcohol and passed out. Collard came to the scene and drove Horrocks back to her home, where another adult in the house discovered the incapacitated youth and called the authorities.
