Despite the rumors, Cabrera, referred to as "Black" in the show, came in second place. Thing 2 won Flav's affections in the end.

Cabrera was brought onto Flavor Of Love 3 with three other women in an episode that aired March 24, 2008 on VH1.

Buckwild and Saaphyri, from previous seasons of Flavor of Love, returned to help Flavor Flav create a calendar of his season three girls. Buckwild and Saphyarri were not impressed by the current contestants, so they added Cabrera and three other women to the competition.
