On February 20, 1971, Calpernia Addams was born. She grew up in Nashville, Tennessee, raised by parents who were had very strong religious beliefs and led a religious group. She served in the military and towards the end realized she was transgender which led to her transition and eventual sexual reassignment. As of lately, Calpernia Addams can be seen on the reality dating show Transamerican Love Story.
