Classes
Call of Duty: World at War contains the same classes as Call of Duty 4. These classes are:
1. Assault
2. Spec Ops
3. Light Machine Gunner
4. Demolitions
5. Sniper

World at War Plot

The war in this game is World War II and takes place as two different conflicts: one has the player playing as American forces fighting against the Imperial Army, and the other involves players fighting the Eastern European Front as the Soviet Union.
