The first teaser trailer for the upcoming game, Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 premiered at in March 2009 at the annual Game Developer's Conference. It was followed in May by the first full-fledged reveal trailer.
Infinity Ward then played a live demo, captivating the audience at Microsoft's 2009 E3 press conference for the full 7:24 of the presentation. It was also revealed during the E3 demo that Infinity Ward will release two map packs exclusive to the Xbox 360 version of the game.
