Since Ascension introduces two new weapons, as well as two new perks, Mahalo’s Video Games Team created a series of educational videos which were posted on YouTube with the purpose of revealing the new content available while playing this map. Players will notice that while they play Ascension, they have access to the Gersch Device and the Matryoshka Dolls. The perks added on this map are the PhD Flopper and Stamin-Up.http://callofduty.wikia.com/wiki/Ascension
Call of Duty Black Ops Zombies: Ascension Weapons
The Gersch Device is a bomb which costs 950 points. It can be used on Ascension and if it’s used on more than five zombies, it will unlock an achievement. After the player purchases the Gersch Device it will observe that the bomb is equipped in the slot reserved for the lethal grenade. The Gersch Device creates a black hole which sucks the nearby zombies. Players can also jump in the hole and they will be randomly teleported in other locations.c
The Matryoshka Doll also costs 950 points but unlike the Gersch Device it will occupy the slot reserved for the tactical grenade. This weapon is similar to a cluster bomb and players will observe that it explodes five times.http://callofduty.wikia.com/wiki/Matryoshka_Dolls
