FAL is the abbreviation for Fusil Automatique Léger or Light Automatic Rifle, and in the Call of Duty franchise, is a semi-automatic rifle which appears in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 and Call of Duty: Black Ops. In the Multiplayer Mode of Call of Duty: Black Ops, the FAL can be unlocked after the character reaches level 32. Players have to pay 2000 CoD Points to purchase it and unlike the FAL from Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, in Call of Duty: Black Ops the weapon has a magazine capable to hold only 20 rounds. Players can apply the Extended Magazine to increase the magazine’s capacity to 30 rounds. In the Zombie Mode of the game, this weapon can be obtained through the Mystery Box. If it’s used in the Pack-a-Punch machine, it becomes the EPC WN and features the Reflex Sight.
