Calgary International Airport History
Calgary International Airport is the primary international airport serving Alberta and surrounding areas of Canada. The terminal is divided into three sections. Each section has two wings for U.S. flights and other international flights.
This airport was established in 1914. The Federal Department of Transport purchased the airport in 1940. Only one decade later the airport was expanded to include four runways. You can check in online with airlines with whom allow this service. You can check online for check in information with your airline. You are limited to only two carry on bags. Sharp instruments including but not limited to: scissors, nail files, and nail clippers are prohibited. All liquids and aerosols are limited to three ounce sizes.
