History
In 2007-008, George Mason has a 23-11 record and won the CAA Tournament, they beat William & Mary 68-59. Mason wins the tournament in four times, in 1989, 1999, 2001 and 2008.In the First round of the 2008 CAA Tournament William and Mary defeated Georgia State 58-57, David Schneider made a 3 pointer to eliminate the Panthers. William and Mary advanced to the quarterfinals defeats Old Dominion Monarchs 63-60, and in Semifinals they defeat VCU Rams 56-54, Laimus Kisielius had a layup with 3 seconds left to win the game and have their first CAA Championship appearance.
