C-Murder is a rapper who is also known as Corey Miller. His first album Life or Death went platinum when released in 1998, and his follow up album Bossalinie went gold when released in 1999. C-Murder was convicted of second degree murder on September 3, 2003 in the shooting death of a 16 year old fan. He was sentenced to life in prison on October 1, 2003. On March 10, 2006 his conviction was overturned with a retrial scheduled June 2008.
