  • C.J. Wilson is a left-handed pitcher for the Texas Rangers. After graduating from Fountain Valley High School in Newport Beach, CA Wilson played baseball at Santa Ana Junior College before transferring to Loyola Marymount University. Following his collegiate career, the Rangers selected Wilson in the 5th round of the 2001 amateur draft. After four years as a minor league prospect in the Rangers farm system, Wilson made his major league debut on June 10, 2005.
