Bush Meets Dalai Lama: President George W. Bush will attend a Congressional ceremony where the Dalai Lama is expected to receive the Congressional Gold Metal. This will be the first time, that Bush and the Dalai Lama will meet in public, as previous meeting have bee held privately to avoid tensions with China.
