  • 911 Call

    One contentious piece of evidence involving Burke was a 911 call placed by mother Patsy Ramsey on December 26, at 5:52 a.m. Both parents told investigators that Burke had been asleep at the time of the call. It was reported in August 1998 that the boy's voice was audible on the tape.   • Allegations

    In November 1999, the tabloid newspaper The Globe ran a story insinuating that Burke Ramsey was the perpetrator in his sister's murder.   • Exoneration

    In the years after the murder, investigators repeatedly stated that Burke Ramsey was not a suspect in the case.
