Bulletstorm is a first-person shooter game published by Electronic Arts and developed by Epic Games and People Can Fly. In the video and text walkthrough of Bulletstorm act 1, the player will learn how to confront the first enemies on this unknown planet, how to deal with a giant wheel pursuing your train and how to escape a cave before being eat by a giant monster. Finally, the system of skillshots and weapon upgrades will be explain in that part of the game.

1. Follow the path and shoot the TNT to clear the way.
2. After you kick the scrap of metal, enemies will appear. Kick the barrel of TNT and it will explode on them. Repeat the operation with the next one.
3. Cross the bone bridge and use the leash on the pod. You will learn about skillshots.
4. The door will open with thugs behind. Use your leash to pull them on the spikes. Easy kills and skill points.
5. When you have earned 1200 points, connect to the pod with your leash to learn about weapon upgrade and ammo. Buy what you need and follow the path.
6. More enemies will appear. Use your leash and kick them on the cactus to save ammo and earn points.
7. You will see a base camp. Locate the TNT barrel above the thugs and shoot them to kill everyone. Get close to the gate and shoot down the enemies that will come out.
8. Enter the camp and shoot the barrels to clean the area. Turn right and get on the stairs. Follow the path on the platform, locate the mine's entrance and go down the stairs. Head to the exit and shoot the thugs coming at you.
9. Kick the door and use the elevator.

1. Exit the elevator and follow Ishi. Kick the vent and slide your way down.
2. Follow the way through the mine and kill the enemies bothering you. Ishi will open a door to a factory. Shoot down the helicopters by shooting at them. You can also use the leash to save ammo.
3. Thugs will appear on the upper platforms. Take cover and use your leash to bring them down. Once they are all killed, a Vulture will appear. The time will slow a bit so it will be easy to take it down. Just shoot at it. Use the leash on the gate opening system and exit.
4. Follow the right path along the mountain. Use the TNT to explode the thugs Get on the platform and shoot the Vulture. Use the elevator to go down.
5. There will be a welcome party waiting for you. Kill the three thugs and head to the building in front of you. The enemies will defend with barricade.  Go to the barricade and kick them to smash the thugs. Kill the remaining enemies. 
6. Across the bridge is a Vulture and several thugs. You can notice some TNT barrels on the top platform. Simply shoot one to clean the whole area.
7. Cross the bridge, use the pod to buy ammo or upgrade your weapon and follow Ishi.
8. Take cover as soon as you get outside: there is a machine gun across the bridge. Using the pillar as a cover, get close and use the leash to pull the guy using the gun. Then, go there, kill the two thugs and equip the machine gun. Several Vulture will appear but you should get rid of them easily with the big gun.
9. Follow Ishi on the bridge and kill the enemies. Use the switch to make the wall move. Stay behind to use it as a cover and shoot the thugs around you. Shoot the Vulture down and stay in cover.
10. The floor will collapse. Follow Ishi. Kick the door to kill a thug behind and kick the others on the electric device to kill them.
11. The room will explode and you will have to escape. Get on the rope and move across. Take the left path, kill the thugs outside.
12. Get on the bridge and use the TNT to clear the way. Kill the thugs on the next platform and be ready for an heavy fight.
13. A tough guy will appear with a gatling gun. Take cover and wait for him to come on the platform. If you have bought the charge of the assault rifle, two shot should be enough. If not, use the TNT barrel and use all your ammo on that guy.
14. Get on the train, grab the gatling gun and shoot the enemies coming on the platform until the train is ready to go.
15. A giant wheel will pursue you. Stay at the back of the train and shoot the incoming cars with the gatling gun. A train and vulture will appear. Shoot at everything.
16. After the bridge, a gyrocopter will come. It will drop big bomb in the ground. Shoot the two of them before it explode.
17. When you see a giant red water tank, shoot at it when the wheel is near. The explosion will slow it down. There will be two more after, the first one on the left, and second one on the right. Get rid of the Vultures between.
18. After the wheel is down, a last train will get behind you. Shoot the TNT on it to kill the enemies riding it. You will then crash.

1. After you wake up, grab the ledge and get across. Use the rope to go down.
2. Follow the path that goes up and kill the two enemies behind the dead tree. They are throwing grenades so dodge the flare. You will get a new weapon: the Screamer. 
3. Kill more enemies on the way and enter the cave and the end of the path.
4. Ishi will locate the exit. Slide all the way down and grab the root to cross over.Grab the two boxes of ammo on the ground and head for the exit. The floor will collapse and you will face giant eggs.
5. Use the leash or kick the eggs to explode them. You will face a first intersection, take a left. A big monster will scream and you will have a short time to escape the cavern. At the second intersection, turn right and run to the exit.
6. Hop in the Vulture and let Ishi fly the vehicle. Shoot the train when asked.
