Bulletstorm Achievements

Bulletstorm, the 2011 first-person shooter from People Can Fly and Epic Games, contains 50 achievments worth a total 1,000 gamerscore points for the Xbox 360 version of the game. The PlayStation 3 platform version contains the same challenges that are referred to as trophies. Each achievement is assigned a value between 5 and 50 gamerscore points. Unlock each achievement to have its corresponding amount of points added to your gamerscore.

In addition to achievements and trophies, Bulletstorm features a variety of "skillshots." Players are rewarded for unusual killshots, such as shooting enemies in midair to drop them into a man-eating plant, or shooting them in the testicles. In-game earned points are then used at "dropkits" to upgrade weaponry and replenish ammunition.

Bulletstorm Achievements - Master of Disaster Tips

There are two sure-fire ways that you can go about earning Bulletstorm's Master of Disaster achievement:

  • The first method entails loading rooftops. Once they are loaded, run into the first room. Drink some nom juice and shoot one of your flares at the ceiling. When the flare explodes, hold down LB to use your thumper.  This should kill everyone in the room and earn 2100 points, 100 more than you need to unlock Master of Disaster and earn 40 gamerscore points.
  • To unlock using the second method, head to the elevator track by the collapsed building. Do not kill the green zombie. Give your enemies sufficient time to gather together on the track. Kill the zombie when he gets close enough to become infected. Shoot a flare over the enemies on the track. Use your LB thumper to kill everyone. This way nets about 2,900 gamerscore points.

Bulletstorm Achievements - Pointless Tips

To unlock the Pointless achievement, you need to execute at least 10 headshots before you find the first DropKit. You will have from the prologue until part of the way through Chapter 1 Act 1 to get this achievment unlocked. Just make sure you shoot everyone in the head a few times and this one is a no-brainer. You can also kick them first to get them flying in slow motion to give you more time to ensure the headshot, or trip guys who are running to shoot them while they are down. Once you get 10, you will unlock the achievement and earn 10 gamerscore points.

Bulletstorm Achievements - Enforcer Tips

To unlock the Enforcer achievement, you must get at least 15,000 points in one Echo round. This is easiest to do on the collapsed building. The collapsed building offers a variety of weapons. The mall is another good option. The final mall kill alone is worth 1,250. Start with the headhunter in the open area. Grab the flail gun and bounver in the room with the broken door. Wait for the second wave.  Drink the nom juice. Use LB to thump and get another 2,000.

Bulletstorm Achievements - Disco Inferno Tips

To unlock Disco Inferno, kill all enemies without leaving the dance floor in the city outskirts of Act 2 Chapter 1. After beating the boss, stay on the main stage to kill each of the enemies inside. Be careful not to move down the steps too far or you will inactivate the achievement. You will need to then restart from your last save and try it again.

Bulletstorm Achievements - Chop Chopper Tips

In Act 4 Chapter 2, pass the cactus garden. Take a charged shot with your sniper rifle as it heads towards you, before you are able to see the chopper pilot. Detonate the bullet outside the chopper door so that you are sure to take out the enemies inside to unlock the achievement and earn the 30 gamerscore points
