The Budweiser commercial trilogy of Clydesdales for Super Bowl XLIII touched on the aspects of love, competition, heritage and perseverance. First, the dalmatian from Super Bowl XLII past, made an appearance again in a game of fetch with a Clydesdale. The second commercial also featured humor as it followed a circus love story between two horses, one named "Jake". Finally the rich history of the Clydesdales and their journey to the US will be explored in a dramatic spot for the Anheuser-Busch brand. It again showed "Jake" and his historical Scottish past with Budweiser, tracing all the way back to his great-grandfather.
