Buddy valastro

Buddy Valastro is a fourth generation Italian-American baker who runs a bakery called Carlo's City Hall Bake Shop in Hoboken, NJ. He is best known for the TLC reality show, Cake Boss, which features daily-life in the shop as seen through the eyes of Buddy, his family, and his staff. In 2009, Valastro won $10,000 for a cake he made on Food Network's Battle of the Brides. He is also the recipient of the 2009 St. Anne Festival Italian-American Award.
