Buddy Valastro
Buddy Valastro is a fourth generation Italian-American baker who runs a bakery called Carlo's City Hall Bake Shop in Hoboken, NJ. He is best known for the TLC reality show, Cake Boss, which features daily-life in the shop as seen through the eyes of Buddy, his family, and his staff. His work has been featured in books, newspapers, magazines, and TV.
