Wide receiver Bryant Johnson plays for the Detroit Lions in the National Football League.

Prior to playing in the NFL, Johnson played college football with the Penn State Nittany Lions in the NCAA. He recorded 110 receptions for 2.008 yards and 10 touchdowns. Johnson also set records for the most punt returns, at 41, and the most yards in a single season, at 529. Johnson made his professional debut with the Arizona Cardinals in 2003, playing in 15 games and recording 35 receptions for 438 yards and one touchdown. His statistically best season came in 2006, when he totaled 740 yards and four touchdowns. He also ranked third in the NFL that season for average yards per reception among receivers with 30 or more catches, at 18.5. After the 2007 season, Johnson signed as a free agent with the San Francisco 49ers.
