Brian Green is a member of the Tasmanian House of Assembly and former Minister for Infrastructure, Energy, and Resources. He has been under investigation since 2006 for allegedly making a secret, exclusive, contract with Tasmanian Compliance Corporation (TCC). He stood trial in December, 2007 which resulted in a hung jury. The retrial began on March 5, 2008. On March 12, 2008 the trial ended in a hung jury.
