Brutal Legend is an action adventure game under development by Double Fine Productions for the Xbox 360 and PS3, scheduled for release October 13, 2009 in North America..Joystiq: Brutal Legend Rocks Up on October 13 (April 21, 2009)
It follows the story of Eddie Riggs, a roadie for a heavy metal band. One night as Riggs is tuning a guitar, he is injured and his blood drips onto his belt buckle. Before he knows what is happening, the blood brings the beast on his buckle to life, transporting him into an alternative reality that is Heavy Metal/Nordic inspired place, where demons have enslaved humanity.
