A Brown Note, sometimes referred to as a Crap Cannon, is a device which produces a certain sound frequency believed to cause involuntary defecation, or fecal incontinence to its victims. Activists planning to protest the 2008 Democratic National Convention prepared for Denver law enforcement to use a Brown Note as crowd control for the event.
