College football linebacker Brouce Mompremier plays for the South Florida Bulls football team. He was injured during a September 20, 2008, game against Florida International. On-field officials were concerned that Mompremier may have suffered a spinal cord injury and he was air-lifted to a nearby hospital. College Football Career
Mompremier played in nine games during his 2005 freshman season at South Florida, recording five tackles. His play was limited in 2006 after he injured his shoulder, but he was able to play in 11 games and had five tackles. Mompremier was bumped up to a starting spot in 2007 and started 12 games.
