Hundley was 46-year-old Phillips' assistant. In October 2009, Mr. Phillips' wife, Marni Phillips, alleged that Hundley sent her a letter bragging about her affair with her husband. Phillips admitted to having an affair with Hundley but said she was "obsessive and delusional."
