Broccoli Casserole Recipes usually consists of broccoli, cream of mushrooms or cream of broccoli soup, butter and are topped with cheese and bread crumbs.

1. 2 (10 ounce) packages of frozen chopped broccoli or 20 ounces of fresh brocoli
2. 2 (10.75 ounce) cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
3. 2 cups instant rice
4. 3/4 cup chopped onion
5. 1/4 cup butter
6. 1 (16 ounce) jar of cheese sauce
7. salt
8. ground black pepper

Preheat your oven at 350 degrees. In a saucepan, begin cooking your rice as directed on the box. In a skillet over medium heat melt your butter and saute your onions. Empty rice saucepan when rice is ready and cook broccoli as directed on the package. (If using fresh broccoli, you can sautee the cut stalks after cooking the onions) Then mix together the cooked broccoli, soup, rice, onions, and cheese in an oven proof casserole dish adding salt and pepper to taste.
